Energy Vampires

Do you find yourself getting weak and losing energy around some people? Totally exhausted?

Happy Fathers Day: The Living Years

Me and my dad Frank Loris (1925-2005)

I was always felt the happiest when I was with my dad. He was courageous, strong, confident, a hard worker, a great provider, the world's master plasterer, and premier wine maker. His homemade sausage won prizes for excellence.

Yep. That was my dad. Can you tell how much I still love him?

And what great challenges we gifted each other. We traveled and survived through the 60's and 70's together. He encouraged my deepest healing. And made me search for more.

I often thought I was insignificant to my father. Sometimes I felt he didn't even notice me.

After his death, I asked my mother if my dad was ever proud of me. She said, "Oh God YES! Dad would always tell me how much he loved you."

Up until the day he died, I didn't always feel that. And I bet my dad didn't always feel my love for him too.

So if you are more fortunate than I am and your father is still alive, please remember to tell him how much you love him before it's too late. I wish I would have told my father that I loved him more...

Here is a song that describes some of the deep feelings that I have for my father. If you want to sing along with me, first get some kleenex, then turn up your computer's volume and sing out loud all the way from the deepest place at the bottom of your heart and soul.

Loving Dog-owners 'Lead Healthier Lives'

I feel that ever since I rescued Fritzl, my miniature dachshund, that my health has been excellent on many levels- physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

I have thought for years that people who have animal companions are healthier than people who live their lives without them.

What leads me to say that is animals always give the purest and sweetest unconditional love. Being loved and feeling love is a healing in itself.

Lifetime Relationships With DNA Teaching and Healing

My most favorite blessings from teaching DNA Healing are the Soul Groups and Soul Families I connect with.

Looking back through the year, I began reflecting. I realized that people come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. DNA transformation has given me the opportunity to heal this area in my life. Here is some information I am passing on to you to assist you on your journeys.

When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed outwardly or inwardly. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally, or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend, and they are. They are there for the reason; you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end.

Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up or out and force you to take a stand. Sometimes they die. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled. Their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and it is now time to move on.

When people come into your life for a SEASON, it is because your turn has come to share, grow, or learn. They may bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it! It is real. But, only for a season.

LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons; those things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person/people (any way); and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life.

It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.
