Forgiveness Soul Release Exercise

Here’s a powerful technique to begin to free yourself from past misunderstandings and grievances you have. Let’s begin by taking responsibility for our lives and commit to live in power by releasing victimhood and blame.

When we hold someone bondage to the past, we keep ourselves captive also. We remember the pain and fear it repeating again. So we close down, build defenses, and wall off our hearts and emotions.

Remember, some people are repeat offenders and never change. At least we give them the space and opportunity to grow. If you have someone like this in your life, you can choose to disassociate from them. They have free choice too.

Forgiving means stopping your permission for their behavior to be repeated and that what was done was unacceptable. Forgiveness is needed for behaviors that were abusive and need to be ended.

So when we forgive, we unchain the past and the unforgiven from our minds and our hearts. We stop giving permission for them to torment our minds and our thoughts. Both you and the other person are free to grow into unlimited possibilities and evolve. This opens the door for miracles to occur. You can give them the opportunity to recognize their core star essence and let that light shine brightly. Simultaneously, you also recharge and renew yours

This may be inappropriate for the random act of violence from a stranger, or for someone who was abused as a child or while in some other position of true helplessness. Further healing may be required.

Step 1: To begin, imagine your offender in front of you. Next, we are going to ask them, in deep sincerity, to forgive us. Yes, we will take the reigns and ask for forgiveness first, even if we are totally innocent. If you find this difficult, simply go up to their Soul level and ask Soul to Soul.

For example, perhaps I am angry with my mother for forcing me to eat spinach when I hated it. I would say, “Mother, will you forgive me?”

If that person doesn’t or can’t answer you, their Soul will respond “YES!” because their Soul wants freedom and forgiveness too. It’s that easy.

Step 2: Declare your forgiveness to them first.

“I, (Margaret) forgive (my mother) for (making me eat spinach). I release and forgive her for her highest good.”

Step 3: Next, imagine going up to that person and giving them a heart to heart hug. If your pain, anger and resentment prevents this heart connection, again communicate your Soul with their Soul. There is no grievance on the upper planes.

Step 4: Really begin to sense that person’s soul essence. Stay there as long as it takes to feel a love connection. Remember, I am with you if you feel uncomfortable. It will be all right. Just give it a chance. You’ll begin to feel hardness melt. Begin to feel their heart beat against your chest. Sink deeper in.... Realize this person’s God Presence is the same God Presence that lives in you. Feel the pain, bitterness and anger releasing. Relax, take a deep breath, and go deeper yet. Rest.

Step 5: Pay attention to your emotions and what your partner says and feels towards you. Rest and find comfort in knowing that you are healing two people very deeply and on many levels.

Step 6: Visualize the person you are forgiving being blessed by your forgiveness and, as a result, being freed from continuing the behavior that hurt you.

Step 7: Feel yourself growing lighter and more joyous. Know you are free to move on and create your life in happiness and love.

Being relentlessly and adamantly self-forgiving is an emotional healing component and an important one. Until you can forgive yourself, you cannot forgive anyone else. Remember that you forgive for YOUR benefit, not theirs.

You get the idea. Now set yourself free!

I received this from an animal communicator friend of mine and wanted to share it with you. Getting insight to what your dog is thinking yet is unable to communicate to you is a gift. I hope this prayer affects you as powerfully as it did me. It's guarenteed to touch your heart.

Your Dog's Silent Prayer

My life is likely to last 10 to 15 years. Any separation from you will be very painful.

Give me time to understand what you want of me.

Place your trust in me, it is crucial for my well-being.

Don't be angry with me for long and don't lock me up as punishment. You have your work, your friends, your entertainment. I have only you!

You know I love to walk and explore. Let’s do it more often.

Talk to me. Even if I don't understand your words, I understand your voice when it's speaking to me.

Be aware that however you treat me, I'll never forget it.

My feelings are hurt when you scold or hit me. I’m still learning, just like you.

Please don’t make me beg for food.

Before you hit me, remember that I have teeth that could easily crush the bones in your hand, but I choose not to bite you.

Before you scold me for being lazy or uncooperative, ask yourself if something might be bothering me. Perhaps I'm not getting the right food, I've been out in the sun too long, or my heart may be getting old and weak.

Take care of me when I get old. You, too, will grow old.

Go with me on difficult journeys. Never say, "I can't bear to watch it," or "Let it happen in my absence." Everything is easier for me if you are there.

Animal Companion Kidnapping

Did I say kidnapping? Yes. Animal companions are children to many of us. And when they are stolen from us, the pain and heartbreak we incur is equal to the kidnapping of an infant or child.

Let me explain by telling you my story and what I did to recover my beloved miniature dachshund, Fritzl. These are some important facts to know and share.

After a sudden and traumatic hospitalization, my father passed January 9th, 2005. His burial was on January 11th. My grief and shock of his transition was profound. I was so happy to have my Fritzl to comfort me during my grief. He is my best friend.

Two days after my father’s funeral, I came home from swimming to find that someone had broken in my home and had stolen Fritzl. I can’t begin to describe my extreme heartache, suffering, and anger. Who could do this to me at this time in my life? Why now? Why me?

It was a bitter cold day in Chicago and the dognapper took Fritzl’s bomber jacket, dry food and some money. I had suspicion as to who would be so cruel to do this.

I called the police to report the crime. Unfortunately, pet theft is considered the same as stealing a lawn mower to the Chicago police. And unless I saw the break in and theft, they could do nothing.

In my grief, fear and worry, I quickly ran to my computer and began typing a missing pet flyer. How can I begin to describe how much Fritzl means to me? How can I allure someone to tell me where he is and get him back. This is what I learned.

During our walks in the neighborhood, I would always see notices hung looking for or finding lost pets. I could read the panic in the owner’s words and would quickly send a prayer to them. Very few of the signs could hold my consideration. I decided I would construct my flyer to attract more attention to my painful loss.

How can I get people interested and active? What word would grab a person long enough to stop, read, and remember to help Fritzl and me?

“REWARD!”

Next I thought how much would I pay to get Fritzl home? How can you place a dollar amount on the one you love? What would I sacrifice to have him returned to me quickly. I feared that the longer he was gone, the less chance I had of getting him back. After giving it great thought, I decided I would begin with offering $1000.00 for Fritzl’s return or the information that leads to his return. It was worth it to me.

Searching for a picture of Fritzl, I selected one that showed his sweetness, gentleness, harmlessness, and how much I loved him. Oh, how I wanted him back!

I wrote his description, weight, hair color, and breed and included my contact information.

I printed 100 color copies to be sure to attract enormous attention and set out to post them.

I placed one on every store window, all the parking signs, every pole and tree I saw. The weather was so bitter cold I could barely get the tape to stick to the metal posts. It was below freezing outside.

I ran to my neighborhood pet store and gave the owner copies to distribute too. Everyone I knew was placed on Amber alert for poor Fritzl.

As I returned home, I noticed that the flyers that I had just hung by a huge apartment building were ripped off near the park where I walk Fritzl. My intuition told me I was on the right track and someone who had Fritzl lived nearby.

I ran home, grabbed a pen and some envelopes so I could mail everyone that lived in the building a reward flyer. Perhaps someone could inform me to where he was.

It was quickly growing dark, and with a new pile of posters in my cold hands, I returned to replace the torn down posters. As I turned the corner I saw a woman closing her building door. I watched her bend down- and there was FRITZL!!!

My heart began beating so rapidly I could hear it pound in my throat. I wanted to be silent so the woman wouldn’t run back into her building and lock me out. She began taking Fritzl for a walk and I started moving faster to catch up with her.

Fritzl stopped to raise his leg, then turned his head, saw me, and ran towards me. I quickly picked him up and held on tight. The thief began fighting with me, punching me, stepping on my toes, and grabbing my coat. I pulled off my coat so she could have it as I held onto Fritzl and ran off. Another woman who witnessed the scene began screaming at her, picked up my coat and returned it to me. She then called 911.

To make a long story short, I was so exhausted from my father’s illness, death, then Fritzl’s kidnapping, that I didn’t return to remove the posters for several days. I spent the time basking in Fritzl love and spending all my time with him. And I feared that if I left him alone, he would be gone when I returned.

When I did summon enough courage to begin venturing outside, people from all over the neighborhood asked me about Fritzl. They said they read my beautiful flyers and were sending me their best wishes, praying for me, and that they began consciously walking around the neighborhood looking for him. This lasted for weeks.

Their feedback on my posters told me this. People pay attention and take notice when a huge reward is offered for a missing pet. My reward of $1,000.00 was most eye catching. and printing with colored ink meant I was serious. My love for Fritzl was felt in my posters and instilled in them a love for him also. They heard and answered my cry for help.

Please, if this tragedy ever happens to you or someone you know, get your neighbors involved by exciting their emotions. Visually and financially display your love for your pet companion and how much they mean to you. This works!!

The Most Depressing Day of the Year

It's almost time for "the most depressing day of the year" -- January 20th.

What I like to do the best to to lift my spirits is go for a massage. It seems that getting all the tension ironed out of my muscles puts me in a totally neutral space. I float for hours and nothing seems to bother me at all.

Treat yourself to soothing and nurturing touch and get a massage.

Holland Women Rescue Nearly 200 Horses From Drowning

Watch this brief video about a heroic horse rescue in the Netherlands.

The herd of horses were stranded after a severe flood for 3 days on a tiny piece of land. They were trapped on a small piece of land surrounded by water. And were too frightened to swim to solid land. 

Attempts made by the fire department and Dutch army to rescue them - both efforts were unsuccessful. 

When the water level lowered, four brave horse loving women saved the lives of over a hundred horses.

I have many friends in Holland and can see each and every one doing the same thing.

Here's a video of the successful rescue. It is really very moving.

Lifetime Relationships With DNA Teaching and Healing

My most favorite blessings from teaching DNA Healing are the Soul Groups and Soul Families I connect with.

Looking back through the year, I began reflecting. I realized that people come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. DNA transformation has given me the opportunity to heal this area in my life. Here is some information I am passing on to you to assist you on your journeys.

When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed outwardly or inwardly. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally, or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend, and they are. They are there for the reason; you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end.

Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up or out and force you to take a stand. Sometimes they die. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled. Their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and it is now time to move on.

When people come into your life for a SEASON, it is because your turn has come to share, grow, or learn. They may bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it! It is real. But, only for a season.
