Your Sacred Heart Meditation

Your Sacred Heart Meditation reminds you of your divinity and connection to the All That Is.

This is a very powerful meditation that unites you to the source of all love. You may call this source of love whatever feels comfortable to you, God, Allah, Source, Jehovah, the Creator, the Universe.

When you reconnect to your source in this powerful manner you release all resistance, raise your personal vibration, and powerfully align with the flow of well being and love that is available to you.

This meditation is very easy and takes only a few minutes a day. You will realize great transformational shifts when you bring this meditation into your life on a regular basis.

You will be blessed with a feeling of peace and serenity immediately, and also become a magnet to all of your desires when you resonate in this state of being.

Your Sacred Heart Meditation

Take 3 deep breaths in through your crown chakra. Fill your lungs to capacity, and imagine that you are inhaling love itself. Imagine that you are breathing in your Higher Self and Soul’s love into your lungs.

This is the source of all love.

Now take this rich love in your lungs and radiated it out into your heart.

With your intention, ask to be focused on your Sacred Heart. You will have a sense of where this is - somewhere within your heart chakra or physical heart .

Now focus immense love and gratitude for your Creator, your Source, God, in your Sacred Heart.

Open to receive Source’s love as it begins to fill and renew you. Sense you Sacred Heart being renewed as it contains Creator's Love.

Feel Your Sacred Heart energy intermingle and become infused with Source's Divine Love.

It's a Love infusion.

Remembering your true self.

And knowing who you truly are.

Rest and sink deeply into the wondrous Love of Your Sacred Heart.

And feel comfortable in your new knowing.

And when you feel full, really full, slowly begin to radiate this sweet love into your home.

Then to your neighborhood. City. Country.

Continue sending out this healing elixir of your Sacred Heart to the entire world.

Imagine your Sacred Heart’s Love healing all people.

For the power of your healing love has increased.

Your love is also Divine.

And continue radiating your love...

Begin to observe how the energy of your Sacred Heart transforms the vibration of the planet, the universe.

I always thought I was privileged to own a pet. I feel like I am always loved, protected, and safe. I get Fritzl kisses when I'm good. And he's never more than a few inches away so I know a body rub is always near.

I firmly believe that's why I have such great health.

Animals mend hearts with loving paws and guiding hands. Studies have shown that patients in the intensive care unit recover quicker from heart attacks and open heart surgery when they have an animal waiting at home for them. They also go home with less medications and have far fewer complications.

Another Love of Mine: PHAR LAP

Here's my favorite Australian horse Phar Lap.

He was so strong, so determined so powerful and fast. They kept adding weights to his saddle to slow him down. Enough weights to kill a horse over that distance.

But his strong will and love for his jockey gave him wings of light.

He never lost a race.

Phar Lap not only won races, he won the hearts of all Austalians during the Great Depression. He was their #1 national hero.

The Australians loved Phar Mor so greatly that they made him a memorial in the Museum Victoria.

The Most Depressing Day of the Year

It's almost time for "the most depressing day of the year" -- January 20th.

What I like to do the best to to lift my spirits is go for a massage. It seems that getting all the tension ironed out of my muscles puts me in a totally neutral space. I float for hours and nothing seems to bother me at all.

Treat yourself to soothing and nurturing touch and get a massage.

Emotional Eating and Feeding A Hungry Heart

How many of you were raised in total unconditional love? And were validated on all levels of your being. That no matter how “wrong” you were, you were still loved and cherished.

How many of us are loved to our core?

So many of us were brought up in families that, for generations, brought up its members in a household void of love. It reared people whose hearts are hungry savage beasts howling to be fed.

A hungry heart will do everything it can to get what it needs. Common behaviors that so many of us do is overeat, smoke, binge, starve, drugs, alcohol, gamble, (all addictions), purge, cry, steal, lie, gossip, or act out in many other ways that demand attention.

Love flows from our Core Self to other's Core Self. We love in order to be loved. We love because we are loved. Our hearts hunger to be fed.

For our Core is our Divine Source.

As we become conscious and validating of our loving core, we begin to feel full and loved in a manner that food could never supply.

We learn that core force upwells from inside us. It brings great pleasure and satiation as it permeates our DNA. It transfuses throughout our body until our core light shines so brilliantly that it literally radiates through our skin, filling our entire being.

We become radiant with the essence of our light. And as we keep our Self full with authentic love, we can then infuse and saturate our loved ones also.
