Forgiveness Soul Release Exercise

Here’s a powerful technique to begin to free yourself from past misunderstandings and grievances you have. Let’s begin by taking responsibility for our lives and commit to live in power by releasing victimhood and blame.

When we hold someone bondage to the past, we keep ourselves captive also. We remember the pain and fear it repeating again. So we close down, build defenses, and wall off our hearts and emotions.

Remember, some people are repeat offenders and never change. At least we give them the space and opportunity to grow. If you have someone like this in your life, you can choose to disassociate from them. They have free choice too.

Forgiving means stopping your permission for their behavior to be repeated and that what was done was unacceptable. Forgiveness is needed for behaviors that were abusive and need to be ended.

So when we forgive, we unchain the past and the unforgiven from our minds and our hearts. We stop giving permission for them to torment our minds and our thoughts. Both you and the other person are free to grow into unlimited possibilities and evolve. This opens the door for miracles to occur. You can give them the opportunity to recognize their core star essence and let that light shine brightly. Simultaneously, you also recharge and renew yours

This may be inappropriate for the random act of violence from a stranger, or for someone who was abused as a child or while in some other position of true helplessness. Further healing may be required.

Step 1: To begin, imagine your offender in front of you. Next, we are going to ask them, in deep sincerity, to forgive us. Yes, we will take the reigns and ask for forgiveness first, even if we are totally innocent. If you find this difficult, simply go up to their Soul level and ask Soul to Soul.

For example, perhaps I am angry with my mother for forcing me to eat spinach when I hated it. I would say, “Mother, will you forgive me?”

If that person doesn’t or can’t answer you, their Soul will respond “YES!” because their Soul wants freedom and forgiveness too. It’s that easy.

Step 2: Declare your forgiveness to them first.

“I, (Margaret) forgive (my mother) for (making me eat spinach). I release and forgive her for her highest good.”

Step 3: Next, imagine going up to that person and giving them a heart to heart hug. If your pain, anger and resentment prevents this heart connection, again communicate your Soul with their Soul. There is no grievance on the upper planes.

Step 4: Really begin to sense that person’s soul essence. Stay there as long as it takes to feel a love connection. Remember, I am with you if you feel uncomfortable. It will be all right. Just give it a chance. You’ll begin to feel hardness melt. Begin to feel their heart beat against your chest. Sink deeper in.... Realize this person’s God Presence is the same God Presence that lives in you. Feel the pain, bitterness and anger releasing. Relax, take a deep breath, and go deeper yet. Rest.

Step 5: Pay attention to your emotions and what your partner says and feels towards you. Rest and find comfort in knowing that you are healing two people very deeply and on many levels.

Step 6: Visualize the person you are forgiving being blessed by your forgiveness and, as a result, being freed from continuing the behavior that hurt you.

Step 7: Feel yourself growing lighter and more joyous. Know you are free to move on and create your life in happiness and love.

Being relentlessly and adamantly self-forgiving is an emotional healing component and an important one. Until you can forgive yourself, you cannot forgive anyone else. Remember that you forgive for YOUR benefit, not theirs.

Hey Margaret, More good news!! I have been just floating on a cloud since Saturday. The downloads were so powerful. So, I told you how I have that job interview that I'm very excited about this coming Friday, and how my boss gave me a paid day off Saturday, well here's the kicker... about a week ago I showed my boss a video of the singer Sarah Brightman , I really enjoy her music and around that same time I had written down a personal list of things I wanted to do in my senior year of college. One of them was to go to the Sarah Brightman concert. so I looked up her concert in Chicago and the tickets were a bit pricey but I thought "I'll find a way to go." About 3 days ago my boss sent me an email asking about her and when she was coming to Chicago. I was a bit bummed because I figured he was asking so he could take some of his Jesuit friends or something because they do a lot of stuff like that. So about an hour ago I opened an email from him asking if I could go to the concert!! So I am totally getting a free ticket to go to the concert I absolutely wanted to go to.

Things have been so great lately, since opening up to my guides and channeling, I have seen such amazing changes in my life.

On the Thetahealing love downloads: Since working with Thetahealing my spiritual sight has improved much, and while we were doing the love downloads I was worked on by a "love doctor" he was absolutely hilarious he had a pink light that he was putting all over me and he was also wearing a reflecting mirror just like a doctor. He had a very lite and playful energy. He also told me that "love is [supposed to be] light(lite)" his phrase had a double meaning which I picked up intuitively. While he was putting the pink all over me there was a lite happy feeling. I could see and understand how love is meant to be lite and happy. I also have been feeling old programming leaving me. A thought came to me today while I was walking down the street in my neighborhood. I was looking down a long sidewalk lined with beautiful trees, and I thought to myself 'once you see past the illusion that life happens to you and realize that you create your life this world becomes your playground.'

My life is likely to last 10 to 15 years. Any separation from you will be very painful.

Give me time to understand what you want of me.

Place your trust in me, it is crucial for my well-being.

Don't be angry with me for long and don't lock me up as punishment. You have your work, your friends, your entertainment. I have only you!

You know I love to walk and explore. Let’s do it more often.

Talk to me. Even if I don't understand your words, I understand your voice when it's speaking to me.

Be aware that however you treat me, I'll never forget it.

My feelings are hurt when you scold or hit me. I’m still learning, just like you.

Would you like to Dream in Color?

Amazingly enough, having technicolor dreams is one of the results people achieve when they learn new DNA ThetaHealing techniques.

In quantum physics we have learned from Einstein that the future exists simultaneously with the past.

If all conditions are already created, we have the power to choose which of the many already created possibilities we bring into our lives. We simply call them forth.

So if a doctor gives you a grim diagnosis, you can recreate your destiny and choose to live a healthy life.

Emotional Eating and Feeding A Hungry Heart

How many of you were raised in total unconditional love? And were validated on all levels of your being. That no matter how “wrong” you were, you were still loved and cherished.

How many of us are loved to our core?

So many of us were brought up in families that, for generations, brought up its members in a household void of love. It reared people whose hearts are hungry savage beasts howling to be fed.

A hungry heart will do everything it can to get what it needs. Common behaviors that so many of us do is overeat, smoke, binge, starve, drugs, alcohol, gamble, (all addictions), purge, cry, steal, lie, gossip, or act out in many other ways that demand attention.

Love flows from our Core Self to other's Core Self. We love in order to be loved. We love because we are loved. Our hearts hunger to be fed.

For our Core is our Divine Source.

As we become conscious and validating of our loving core, we begin to feel full and loved in a manner that food could never supply.

We learn that core force upwells from inside us. It brings great pleasure and satiation as it permeates our DNA. It transfuses throughout our body until our core light shines so brilliantly that it literally radiates through our skin, filling our entire being.

We become radiant with the essence of our light. And as we keep our Self full with authentic love, we can then infuse and saturate our loved ones also.

Lifetime Relationships With DNA Teaching and Healing

My most favorite blessings from teaching DNA Healing are the Soul Groups and Soul Families I connect with.

Looking back through the year, I began reflecting. I realized that people come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. DNA transformation has given me the opportunity to heal this area in my life. Here is some information I am passing on to you to assist you on your journeys.

When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed outwardly or inwardly. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally, or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend, and they are. They are there for the reason; you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end.

Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up or out and force you to take a stand. Sometimes they die. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled. Their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and it is now time to move on.

When people come into your life for a SEASON, it is because your turn has come to share, grow, or learn. They may bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it! It is real. But, only for a season.

LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons; those things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person/people (any way); and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life.

It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.
