You all know how much I love animals... but if Oscar the cat got a little too cozy with me I think I would panic.

You see Oscar has an uncanny ability to know when someone is dying.

Oscar lives in a senior home and will climb into a person's bed and cuddles up with them during their last days and gives them comfort in their transition.

I wonder if he makes house calls?

The Most Depressing Day of the Year

It's almost time for "the most depressing day of the year" -- January 20th.

What I like to do the best to to lift my spirits is go for a massage. It seems that getting all the tension ironed out of my muscles puts me in a totally neutral space. I float for hours and nothing seems to bother me at all.

Treat yourself to soothing and nurturing touch and get a massage.
