Here's my favorite Australian horse Phar Lap.

He was so strong, so determined so powerful and fast. They kept adding weights to his saddle to slow him down. Enough weights to kill a horse over that distance.

But his strong will and love for his jockey gave him wings of light.

He never lost a race.

Phar Lap not only won races, he won the hearts of all Austalians during the Great Depression. He was their #1 national hero.

Loving Dog-owners 'Lead Healthier Lives'

I feel that ever since I rescued Fritzl, my miniature dachshund, that my health has been excellent on many levels- physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

I have thought for years that people who have animal companions are healthier than people who live their lives without them.

What leads me to say that is animals always give the purest and sweetest unconditional love. Being loved and feeling love is a healing in itself.

I Love Wolves. Please Help Me Save Them.

Growing up I was taught at an early age to be fearful of wolves. Then I saw the movie “Dancing with Wolves” with Kevin Costner. That changed my mind forever and from then on I began loving wolves.

While reading “Women Who Run with the Wolves”, by Clarissa Pinkola Estés, I discovered she owned a wolf as a pet.

I wanted one too.

Just this past summer, I went out west and met a woman who owned a wolf. He was so shy and timid. He would look for a space to hide if he didn’t know you. Lucky me, I won him over by giving him my lunch. I would pet and feed him and felt like I was the luckiest woman in the world. Me, feeding a real wolf from the palm of my hand!

We became best friends.

Now read how Alaska is permitting aerial "fly by" wolf killings.

Alaska has issued permits to aerial gunners and pilots to chase the majestic gray wolves, run them to exhaustion, and shoot them from the air.

Or to totaly frighten them from above, then land, corner them, and shoot them at point-blank range.

More than 550 wolves have already been slaughtered in this manner over the last three years! Entire wolf packs are being completely wiped out. It reminds me of the witch hunts.

This could be the worst massacre of wolves since the 1950’s. Sad that we haven't grown or evolved in 57 years.

Who protects the wolves? We can!

Please help me save wolves by signing the on line petition and give generously today.

Pray that this barbaric way of animal abuse ends now.

The Most Depressing Day of the Year

It's almost time for "the most depressing day of the year" -- January 20th.

What I like to do the best to to lift my spirits is go for a massage. It seems that getting all the tension ironed out of my muscles puts me in a totally neutral space. I float for hours and nothing seems to bother me at all.

Treat yourself to soothing and nurturing touch and get a massage.

Holland Women Rescue Nearly 200 Horses From Drowning

Watch this brief video about a heroic horse rescue in the Netherlands.

The herd of horses were stranded after a severe flood for 3 days on a tiny piece of land. They were trapped on a small piece of land surrounded by water. And were too frightened to swim to solid land. 

Attempts made by the fire department and Dutch army to rescue them - both efforts were unsuccessful. 

When the water level lowered, four brave horse loving women saved the lives of over a hundred horses.

I have many friends in Holland and can see each and every one doing the same thing.

Here's a video of the successful rescue. It is really very moving.

Watch how these four goddesses save the frightened horses.

I HAVE A DREAM- MARTIN LUTHER KING

I remember growing up during the 60's in Chicago and watching the riots on TV. I felt afraid and saddened for all the people who protested their oppression and demanded that the American dream was meant for them too.

Whenever I saw Martin Luther King, I compared him to a saviour. How his voiced united so many millions. How his courage strengthened so many to affirm in their soul "I deserve".

King was arrested, his home was bombed, he was subjected to personal abuse, all for standing up for people and their rights. He emerged as a world leader of the first rank, one of our first African American heros. And at the age of thirty-five, Martin Luther King, Jr, was the youngest man to have received the Nobel Peace Prize.

Parallel Universes and DNA Healing: Create The Life You Want

In quantum physics we have learned from Einstein that the future exists simultaneously with the past.

Stephen Hawking tells us that a number of different possible futures are all playing out at the same time.

The key from both geniuses is everything is already created.

We have parallel possibilities. And every once in a while we can reach a place where we can jump, or leap, into another choice point.

So, if we are told that we have an impossible condition, such as financial stress or illness, it does not mean we have to carry that condition out to its fullest extent. There are other possibilities and realities where that condition never exists at all.

We all know someone who has been diagnosed with cancer or aids and are now called “survivors”. This was an unheard paradigm when I first became a nurse. People died of cancer. And many felt cancer was contagious as well.

If all conditions are already created, we have the power to choose which of the many already created possibilities we bring into our lives. We simply call them forth.

So if a doctor gives you a grim diagnosis, you can recreate your destiny and choose to live a healthy life.

Emotional Eating and Feeding A Hungry Heart

How many of you were raised in total unconditional love? And were validated on all levels of your being. That no matter how “wrong” you were, you were still loved and cherished.

How many of us are loved to our core?

So many of us were brought up in families that, for generations, brought up its members in a household void of love. It reared people whose hearts are hungry savage beasts howling to be fed.

A hungry heart will do everything it can to get what it needs. Common behaviors that so many of us do is overeat, smoke, binge, starve, drugs, alcohol, gamble, (all addictions), purge, cry, steal, lie, gossip, or act out in many other ways that demand attention.

Love flows from our Core Self to other's Core Self. We love in order to be loved. We love because we are loved. Our hearts hunger to be fed.

For our Core is our Divine Source.

As we become conscious and validating of our loving core, we begin to feel full and loved in a manner that food could never supply.

We learn that core force upwells from inside us. It brings great pleasure and satiation as it permeates our DNA. It transfuses throughout our body until our core light shines so brilliantly that it literally radiates through our skin, filling our entire being.

We become radiant with the essence of our light. And as we keep our Self full with authentic love, we can then infuse and saturate our loved ones also.

Lifetime Relationships With DNA Teaching and Healing

My most favorite blessings from teaching DNA Healing are the Soul Groups and Soul Families I connect with.

Looking back through the year, I began reflecting. I realized that people come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. DNA transformation has given me the opportunity to heal this area in my life. Here is some information I am passing on to you to assist you on your journeys.

When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed outwardly or inwardly. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally, or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend, and they are. They are there for the reason; you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end.

Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up or out and force you to take a stand. Sometimes they die. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled. Their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and it is now time to move on.

When people come into your life for a SEASON, it is because your turn has come to share, grow, or learn. They may bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it! It is real. But, only for a season.

LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons; those things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person/people (any way); and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life.

It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.
