Aura Repair Meditation

Here's a quick meditation to help you restore your energy, get grounded, and fill your self with sweet loving energy.

Take 3 deep breaths.

Bring your conscious awareness to the top of your head, your crown.

And feel your pranic channel connect to your Highest Source.

Bring in all this energy back down from Source into your head, neck, shoulders, chest, trunk, legs, feet, all the way down into the core of the earth.

And as you anchor and connect deeply within the core of the earth, gather up all this sweet earth energy back into your body, carrying it all the way back up to your Source.

And now return this sweet mixture of earth and divine energy back into your head.

Feeling your pranic channel deeply aligned in Heaven and Earth.

Keep these energies flowing back and forth on automatic.

In your front heart space, open a small window and allow these energies to gently pour through you and fill and expand your aura.

DNA Transgenerational ThetaHealing

DNA Transgenerational Healing is a phrase I adopted to describe a DNA healing process which I teach and use to assist individuals to release and heal unresolved beliefs and issues from previous generations.

This cutting edge healing technique was first taught to me by a powerful psychic and healer named Vianna Stibal, who healed herself from cancer. In Vianna's DNA Healing classes we learned that DNA carries your energetic blueprint and memory of all your beliefs in this lifetime, your past lives, your ancestry, and your soul's records.

As mere links in a family chain of generations, we may feel we have no choice in experiencing the life events, and even traumas, that were first experienced by our ancestors and now repeated upon us again in our own lifetime.

You may have unconscious beliefs handed down from your genealogy that will surprise you once discovered. It might be a simple belief such as "I have to work hard to make a living" or something that really blocks your success and happiness like "God hates and punishes me".

This includes beliefs that lead to illness such as "cancer runs in my family" or "all the men in my family die of heart attacks before the age of fifty".

Or you may pick a partner that matched perfectly to your forefathers requirements but is totally unsuitable for you.

Generation after generation, inherited emotional and behavioral imprints have been demonstrated and learned by example, and others were kept secret and hidden. Amazingly, they were still showing up in successive generations because they, according to Vianna Stibal, are stored in our DNA.

Sometimes unfortunate experiences occur from unknowingly reliving similar unfinished situations and emotional baggage inherited from our ancestors. The good news is that the cycle can end with DNA healing when we recognize that the recurring family issues being presented generation after generation are begging for completion. We learn we can pull and release these transgenerational issues and create the kind of life we were meant to have.

There are other great advantages to this type of DNA healing. Mysteries as to why things happen can now be solved. Inherited 'bad luck' can now be changed. Family curses can now be removed. Ancient guilt and sins of the fore bearers can now be resolved.

Many of our relationship problems had their origins a lot longer than you can imagine because it is an imprinted ancestral couple pattern.

Life and death issues through the "family tree" and the manner in which memories of past unresolved traumas and conflicts are passed on to future generations can be resolved with DNA healing.

Another bonus to this type of work is that once you pull and release these imprints from your DNA, you pull the thread backwards, helping all your ancestors in their spiritual evolution, and your children reap the rewards as well!

When I teach these techniques in a group, the room completely fills with guides and angels who give their support and love. Then ancestors in the etheric realm come from many planes to be present. They are so grateful for their new freedom. What a lifting! What a healing! It brings tears to the eyes of many.

The extent of this magnitude of healing is unlimited! Just think, if we can finally release all the ghosts of the past, we can tap into and even heal
nationality beliefs.

I'll use my own nationality as an example. My ancestors are German, I am first generation. If I begin to heal and let go of issues that are common for Germany, such as "working sets you free" or the ideal of perfection and exactness in everything I do, I am also setting other Germans free. Or better yet, if more Germans do the DNA transgenerational healing work, we can finally heal the dark history of Germany and its wars, the concentration camps, racism, prejudice, etc.

Then at last we can create a new template for Germany that includes setting down the Law of Forgiveness and bring Unconditional Love to there as well.

Each country has its own dark side, even the United States. Using the DNA healing techniques can begin to uplift and evolve the entire world.

Finally there is a simple and easy technique to clearing transgenerational karma with this God sent DNA healing technique!

Germans Are Strong Healers

I had the good fortune of visiting a friend of mine, Horst, in Berlin last spring. Horst is one of the most beautiful souls I know. He lives in the heart of Berlin history, on Gartenstrasse and Bernauer Strasse, near the Berlin Wall Museum.

I thought I was visiting Horst for rest and relaxation. Since Berlin is so filled with history, I was amazed at how the memories of the Berlin Wall, communism, fear, separation, division and oppression came flooding back to me.

Love Over Barbed Wire

This is so heart wrenching. Seeing these two babies reach out for each other over the barbed wire is one of the most touching photographs I know.

Under The Gun.

Can you imagine working under these circumstances? Just think about it. This bricklayer is so brave! If you could see how the Wall was constructed with steel rods that reinforced its strength. And they topped it off with more barbed wire.

The Wall had a total length of 96 miles, with 302 watchtowers and 65 miles of anti-vehicle trenches. 171 people were killed or died due to the wall. A family commit suicide by driving their auto into it in order to break the wall down.

For almost thirty years the Berlin Wall divided Berlin in two. Overnight, its construction separated friends from friends, family from relatives, and one half of a great city from the other.

Can you imagine living like that? Or knowing someone that did?

For a time line, construction on the Wall began August 13, 1961. Seems like such a long time ago. Yet soon after that, living in the US as a young girl, I remember like "Yesterday" when the Beatles claimed the US in 1964.

Then one day in 1989, among scenes of great rejoicing and delight, this symbol of oppression was torn down by the very people it was designed to control.

I remember watching the wall come down on television, cheering the people on as tears streamed down my face. They took mallets and hammers and chipped away at the concrete as fast as they could. East Berliners jumped over the wall as the West Berliners caught them.

That great day of healing and unification will always be remembered.

Requiem For Your Inner Child

I can remember going to healing school and seeing adults in ages ranging from 30 to the 70's holding onto stuffed animals and baby dolls in order to heal their wounded inner child. It seemed rather odd to me. And I wonder if this regression actually worked.

Our spiritual evolution depends heavily upon our recovery from our addiction to the victim archetype, which traps us in the past and saps our life energy.

Inner child work that I learned and experienced looks at all the pain, hurt, betrayal, victimization, abuse, and so on...

What makes matters worse- there is no one to protect or save them, no one to turn to, no one to talk to. Alone. Helpless. And worst of all, hopeless

What I see as time for a greater healing is to finally say good bye and farewell to our wounded inner child.

This victim archetype anchor to the past has to go so that we can go on with life.

So, in order to be truly free, I say let's pronounce our inner child dead and hold a requiem mass for him/her.

For those of you who have no idea of what I am talking about and can only remember a fun filled happy and joyous childhood, this may be inappropriate for you.

Begin to take a few relaxing breaths and know that with each breath you will sink deeper and deeper. Melting into nothingness. And go deeper.

Let's take a look inside and search for your inner child who holds your memories of being abused, ignored, betrayed, abandoned, unaccepted, unloved.

You find your inner child hiding and sulking in a dark and stagnant room. He/she looks lifeless to you. Their eyes are dark and vacant. Skin is pale pasty white.

You say hello. And your inner child responds timidly. You take a step closer and continue talking. "How are you?" You quickly hear your inner child recount yesterdays pain with such precision with a memory so strong that they can recite all the names, all the offenses, crimes, and even the punishment they wish to inflict on all the people who have hurt them. Tallies of painful experiences frozen in time and place flow effortlessly from their lips.

You reach out to help yet your inner child is too frightened to let go and get out into the world. So fearful of living. Afraid to begin true effort, only to be victimized again.

Pitiful right? Joyless. Somber. Locked in pain and victim consciousness.

Being fully aware now that it is past the time for a change, you lovingly speak to your inner child and thank them for holding vigil. You tell them you would love to set them free.

Your inner child looks around the musty dark room, agrees and says "It is time for me to go. It is time for me to grow. It is well past the time for me to change."

You walk across the room and slowly open the windows to let in the light. As the sun floods into the room there begins a transformation.

Take a last look at the little person who has lived in this dark room for all those years keeping resentment scores day by day.

Now watch as he or she broadly smiles with joyous expression.

"Thank you. I am finally free to go," the child says. "I've been waiting for you to release me from this miserable job. I should have left years ago."

Your inner child looks around in this lonely room for the very last time, turns around to you and says, "Good-bye. I will always love you, but in a much different way".

With that, the little person dies, looking peaceful and serene.

Saying farewell to the past, you can finally lay to rest all your pain.

Lovingly, you wrap your little in a beautiful white cloth and take the body upstairs and out into the light.

There waits a beautifully decorated funeral horse and carriage. Ever so gently, you place this beloved child of yours into the wagon with all your love and respect.

Angels hover overhead. And a choir of cherubs sings softly.

All the people who have ever been in your life are waiting to pay their respects.

All past hurts are released. Love is everywhere.

The bells on the horse and buggy ring softly as the entourage slowly begins its journey up the hill to the graveside.

Everyone sings and great joy envelops the group.

Your angels are with you and support you as you say your last farewell.

Watch as your inner child is being lowered lovingly and gently into the grave as the celestial choir continues to sing.

As a stone is moved over the grave, you feel a new sense of freedom and love moving through you.

Your inner child is laid to rest.

Finally.

You ride to the bottom of the hill where you find a beautiful water fall. Walk under this water fall and allow it to wash all the past away from you. Feel the cleansing water running through your being, transforming all the pain, sorrow and hurts from your history.

Feel the energy of the waterfall intensify as it thoroughly purifies and restores you.

Open your mouth and catch some of this sparkling waterfall water. Rinse your mouth with it.

Taste this refreshing liquid and swallow some as it absolves and clarifies your body, purging everything from your past.

You feel totally cleaned, clearer than you have ever felt before.

With great expectation you call back your soul fragments and they return cleaned, washed, and rinsed, filled with the Creator's Light and love.

As you leave, you feel the sun warm your body. Notice how differently you feel.

Empty, transformed, lustrated, free. And oh so light.

Know your life energy will increase
